Kelli Ward Melts Over Rusty Bowers Testimony to House J6 Committee

Arizona GOP Chairman Kelli Ward went on a high-profile tweetstorm after GOP House Speaker Rusty Bowers testified before Congress.

Just one day after House Speaker Rusty Bowers gassed the nation with the shameful plan to overthrow democracy in Arizona, the Republican Party payback has begun.

State GOP chairman Kelli Ward has been positive about Bowers’ testimony before the House Select committee investigating the January 6 insurgency, where he reminded us that there are still Republicans who have not lost their ever-living spirit.

Or their integrity.

In the past 24 hours, Ward has humiliated Bowers, belittled him, and even embraced her inner fifth-grade bully and nicknamed him, “Rusty Guts.”

And, oh yeah, she endorsed his opponent in the August 2 Republican primary for the state Senate.

Parties usually do not choose sides in a primary

Let me say that again. The head of the Republican Party of Arizona has sided in an Arizona Republican primary.

Just like she’s in the bag for a Trump-approved Kari Lake in what amounts to a triple Republican primary.

Other more professional party workers will tell you that: never happens. The role of the party, they’ll tell you, is to remain neutral as the candidates fight it out for a primary, then unite the voters behind the party’s candidate.

Instead, we have Ward backing former state senator David Farnsworth, who is retiring to try to beat Bowers. Farnsworth is one of 29 lawmakers who signed the December 2020 plan to ask Vice President Mike Pence to accept the 11 “alternative” electoral votes to Trump.

“Alternative” is another word for fake.

As the ballot, several legally required sample recounts and a “full forensic audit” showed, the voters in Arizona Ward and her 10 other fakers chose not to cast our electoral votes for Donald Trump. And Bowers didn’t agree to the plot to destroy the Constitution so Trump could steal the election.

Instead, Kelli Ward gives us this:

And so we get this:

And we get this:

And this:

And this:

I suppose the “troll” is in the eye of the beholder.

At least one Republican official calls Ward out, calling her “an insane chairman … determined to destroy the GOP.”

Is it too early to start a campaign to draft Senator TJ Shope, R-Coldige, as chairman of the state’s Republican Party?

Putting an adult in charge would do wonders for the once great old party.

Bowers honored his oath. That’s not a ‘loser’

I don’t think it’s too surprising that Ward is talking about Bowers, a staunch conservative Republican who follows the party line in every way possible – he won’t put his integrity aside for Donald Trump.

Ward was meanwhile front-and-center in the behind-the-scenes schedule to undo the Arizona election — from her press campaign on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors as Biden advanced (“We need you to stop counting”) to her bogus electoral plot in which she testified that she had been duly elected to cast our electoral votes for Trump on her demand for a “full forensic audit.”

An audit that, incidentally, found no evidence of widespread fraud.

Bowers is a deeply religious man who acted as his conscience required and kept his oath. That of the Constitution, yes.

Only in Kelli Ward’s twisted mind would that make him a “loser”.
